Adjoining kitchen forms a little suite with direct access from the front door without passing through any other rooms. Light and airy, hardwood floors, fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen and bath with tub to share. Access to roughly 27 m2 of living space altogether. Yard out back with a little stand of trees, deck, stone barbecue, picnic tables, and common laundry room just down the steps from the apartment. Tunnelbana 50 meters away, and late night bus stop right out front. Hammarby Skog and the Nacka Reserve are just 200 meters in the other direction. Village atmosphere with supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, several cafes and restaurants and even a sports club just steps away. If you want to live close to town, but still have a nice green environment around you with lots of trees and grass and fresh airthis is the place. Shared apartment, but I am often out of town for weeks to months at a time, so then you have the place to yourself. Ideal for a graduate student, visiting researcher, or as a overnight room in town for someone with a place in the country (not a place to make their official address). Looking for someone who is generally clean, who cleans up after they cook, notices when the bathroom needs a little straightening up, etc... Ideal for a foreign student.
