Pris: 4 500 kr för 7 nätter GENERAL INFO This is our 45 m apartment at the top floor (4th) of a house from 1928. It is in complete original shape, nothing has been altered. Original kitchen and carpentry, generous height to ceiling, hardwood parquet floors and stone details provides for a sophisticated living. There are 1,5-2 rooms depending on how you count. (see layout in pictures) There is plenty of light and excellent morning sun during summer. Three windows facing the street with nice view, direction is east. We have an interest in design, arts and furniture and the apartment is elegantly and cleanly furnished with art and a few design pieces. Plenty of free space. There is a balcony for smoking just outside the apartment in the staircase and washing amenities in the basement. One new bicycle available for your rides. Small patio with available BBQ in back yard of house. We have reliable WIFI. COMMUNICATION Subway stations (Mariatorget & Zinkensdam) located within minutes from apartment. Bus station very close. Södra Station major train station 10 m away. 15 m to downtown hub T-Centralen for airport coaches & trains & other connections. Systembolaget very close by. ROOM DESCRIPTION Kitchen with gas-stove and microwave oven. Fridge & freezer. Main room: Double IKEA bed (160 cm), Bang & Olufsen television and stereo system for your device. Separate wardrobe. WC: Shower, bathtub and towel heater. Hallway: Clothes hangers etc. NEIGHBOURHOOD This is Maria/Högalid area on Södermalm, one of four major burroughs of central Stockholm. It is an hip & popular and mixed are with residential housing and plenty of commercial activity. Very close to major squares Bysistorget and Mariatorget with Hotels, cafes, shopping and SYSTEMBOLAGET. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars around. Parks such as lovely and vast Tantolunden (walk along the waterline) like so many others, and a few minutes away great panoramic views of Stockholm. Bakery (Fabrique) basically outside the door.
