INTRODUCTION, f.i. general info about you, your plans in Stockholm, when do you want to rent and how long time. 2. Our questions: A) at what time do you usually get up and go to bed on working days and on Sat, Sun, B) what kind of food do you like to cook and how often (f.i. on a weekly basis), D) what does a clean kitchen and a bathroom mean to you. When your and our habits and standards in some way match, we would be happy to invite you for viewing, discussing details, possible c/o registration (extra deposit) and, hopefully, signing a contract. Me and my tenants are always hard working or/and studying and prefer to share the place with a considerate person who also likes quietness, healthy food, relaxing music, cleanness and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 and up at 6.30-7.30 and later on weekends). Our place is not for smokers, intensive smells (due to allergies), cooking after 23.00 or visitors with overnight. Why Youll rent a part of our home. The place is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train station Farsta strand and 7-9 min to the Metro Farsta strand. You reach Stockholm City in 15-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min, Karolinska, KTH or SU in 35-50 min. You find 4 excellent grocery stores and 2 beautiful lakes in 10 -20 min walk and beautiful forests just outside. There are gyms near by.
