A room in a nice apartment is for long time rentals by ONE PERSON (incl. el, water, WiFi, access to the kitchen, laundry, 1 of 2 bathrooms, 1 of 2 balconies). Nice views from the room, a bed, a desk, a bookshelf, a large wardrobe. My home is in 3 min walking distance to the commuter train station Farsta strand and 7-9 min to the Metro Farsta strand. You reach Stockholm City in 15-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min, Karolinska, KTH or SU in 30-45 min. You find 4 food shops, 2 beautiful lakes in 15 -20 min walk and forests just outside. Me and my tenants are hard working and studying and prefer to share the place with a considerate person who likes quietness, relaxing music, cleanness, healthy food and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 and up at 6.30-7.30 and later on weekends).
