A nice room with fantastic views is for rent. We are professionals in age between 30 and 60 y.o. and prefer to share with a considerate person who likes quietness, cleanness, healthy food and sometimes to have a good laughter together. We are using my home mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 - 23.30 and up at 6.30-7.30 and, of course, later on weekends). Please, no smokers, no very intensive smells (due to allergies), no cooking after 23.00, no parties, no visitors with overnight. Why Youll rent a part of our home. My home is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train st. FARSTA STRAND (you reach Stockholm City in 16-20 min, Arlanda C in 60 min, KTH, SU, KI in Solna or Huddinge in 35-45 min). Its also in 7-9 min to the metro FARSTA STRAND or FARSTA (grocery stores are close to both metro stations) and 5-15 min to 4 gyms, 2 gyms in the open air and 2 nice lakes with public beaches and beautiful forests.
