For ONE PERSON, for a long term rentals. A special welcome (discount) if you are commuting to Stockholm. A PART of my nice large apartment (not the whole apt) is for rent by ONE PERSON from 12 up to 25 months for 4800 SEK per month. My home is in 3 min walking distance from the commuter train in Farsta strand (you reach Stockholm C in 16-20 min, Arlanda C in 66 min ), in 7-9 min from the Metro Farsta strand or Farsta Centrum (food shops are close to both stations) and 15-20 min walking to 2 nice lakes. We are pretty hard working and prefer to share the apart with a person who likes quietness, relaxing music, cleanness, healthy food and to have a good laughter sometimes. We are using my home (I am the owner) mostly for feeling good and for resting (going to bed about 23.00 and up at 6.30-7, later on holidays). Please, no smokers, no very intensive smells, unfortunately, no cooking after 22.45 and, sorry, no parties or visitors with overnight. Why Youll rent a part of our home. It will be possible to rent a guest room in the next building for 1-3 nights for your guests. Above the access to the kitchen with all equipment, one of two bathrooms (shower, wc), and the balcony with fantastic views you have a nice furnished bedroom (a bed 90cm, a desk, a bookshelf, a large wardrobe). Remaining to discuss: some contract details, articles of common use, linen, possible registration C/O my name and address for you and your mail. The deposit is 5000 SEK (maybe plus 600 SEK) and is to pay after we agree on details in the contract. Viewing will be only after youll send to us this NECESSARY INFORMATION, useful for you and us. 1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF, please, by sending some general info and info about A) at what time do you usually get up and go to bed on working days and on Sat, Sun, B) what kind of food do you like to cook and how often, C) what do you like to do in your leisure time, and D) what does a clean kitchen and a bathroom mean to you. 2.
