I am looking to sublet my flat. From-date is flexible, but before July 20. It is located on the lovely island Lilla Essingen: plenty of things around (bakery, store, pharmacy, beach, etc.) Nice central location distance to T-centralen: about 20mn by transport or 15mn by bike (very nice scenic path along the water). The nearest stop is 3 mins walk. The apartment itself is fully furnished (including all kitchen utensils) and has 45m2 with 2 rooms (bedroom and living room). It is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and micro-wave. The washing machines are in the buildings basement. The rent would be 14k per month everything included (gas, electricity and internet 100/10), long term contract (up to association agreement, but should be one year renewable).
