Im looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving abroad in the end of December. My apartment is located at Gärdet (near Fältöversten, subway Karlaplan) and is 74 m2. The room Ill be renting out is about 15 m2. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a balcony. Youre off course welcome to use everything. Im 33 y.o., work as a legal adviser and am friendly. Im looking for someone who is nice and sociable and who doesnt mind hanging out in the apartment together every once in a while. Its a plus if you speak French - I can teach you Swedish. Rent: 5 800 per month (everything included). The room is furnished but if you have your own furniture its fine too. Moving in date: preferably around the 10-15 of January. I can send photos upon request.
