Please READ first. Rooms for GIRLs only (no couples, no boys ...) ------------ Im a female artdesigner, living in a nice 3 rooms apartment with 2 lovely cats in Hässelby Gård. Moving in: from 1st of January 2020 Period: minimum 5-6 month or longer. Furnished like on the pictures. You are: responsible & tidy girl, non-smoking important() and with no allergies for cats. If you love cats it is great :) In the apartment: 3 bedrooms (only one girl in each room so totally we will be 3 girls). We share kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Location: metro Hässelby Gård (green line). Apartment is only 4-5 min. to the metro and 30 min. direct to T-Centralen . Local food store, post office, hospital, bank and other things are by the metro. Big green area by the lake where you can run and powerwalk is also near by. >> Use google maps to see travel time to any destination from Hässelby Gård. Rental contract. Rent: 4300 kr/month ( 200kr electricity, water and wifi) Payment: you pay for 2 month in advance (first and last) 1000 kr deposition for the keys (will be returned). Then month by month.
