Hi, Im renting my 1 room apartment for 1 or 2 people. It is 3 minutes walking from the metro station Hässelby gård, close to supermarket, gym, etc.. It has a balcony, bathtub, laundry, its with furniture, equipped kitchen, ready to move in. Available from Thursday 2018-11-08 to 2019-11-08 (possibly one more year) Please write me about yourself, how long you pretend to rent, what you do here in Sweden.. and also your telephone number, so I can call you back. you can write me in Swedish with you want. No smoking inside and no pets allowed. You need to be clean and dont disturb the neighbors 8.000kr per month 1 month deposit.
