The room is in a 3 bedroom apartment, really central in fridhemsplan , 5 minutes from the subway and 30 seconds from bus stop The apartment is really nice and totally furnished and fully equipped. We have our own laundry machine and dryer ,so no need to book time for laundry. Everything is included in the rent , no extra cost. No kids or pets are allowed unfortunately. The rent is 8750 and 10.000 for the deposit when you move in The rent for the hole apartment is 18750 I pay 10000 cause my room is bigger and my roommate then pays the rest :). Please send an email with a little info about yourself and we can book a viewing he apartment is really big and spacious. Its brand new and really central. Everything is basically at 5 mn walk. About me , I am 33 year old African/French fire living in stockholm since for years. I am a caterer so I love cooking and wine I like hosting dinners, going out and many other things. I am looking for someone who like me is sociable and fun. I dont want to just rent a room, if we lived together you dont only have the room you also have the apartment for yourself and can host friends or family. I want a roommate not a guest.
