Hi Are you looking for a quiet, clean and charming new home I live in a beautiful and peaceful 3 room apt 10 min south of Södermalm. A furnished room is available from june 1st. In addition you will have access to bathroom, kitchen and balcony facing the courtyard. The apartment is 100 smoke/petfree and located in a quiet area 10 min south of Södermalm.From the street outside there are buses going to Midsommarkransen,IKEA,Bagarmossen and Hökarängen. The subway to the central station takes 17 min. It is very important that we both feel comfortable sharing home together.
