Completely furnished room available for rent from 1th March in a spacious apartment on the 5th and 6th floor in a building, located at Rinkeby, Stockholm. The room is NW looking and has a single bed, a desk, a chair, shelves and a wardrobe. The apartment has two levels, connected with an inside staircase, as follows: First level: living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms/WCs Second level: three bedrooms, one bathroom/WC and separate entrance. The room is located on the second level of the apartment. Currently a family of 5 people live in the apartment (Parents with 2 boys, 6 and 2). The kitchen has all amenities ovän, plages, 2 big fridge and freezer one for us and one for the student, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, storage dramers, etc. Washer/dryer available in an adjacent building, located at 1 minute walking distance from the apartment. The living room has big flat screen smartTV and comfortable sofas. WiFi, cable TV and Netflix are available. The apartment is 2 minutes walking distance from bus stop Bytorgetand 3 minutes walking distance to Rinkeby Torg with T-bana stop which takes 17min to downtown Stockholm T-centralen and10min by buss to KTH kista, , various stores (Lidl, Matvraken and other local stores which are open longer hours.), fitness24, capes, restaurants, etc. We are looking for a friendly male/female student or professional. We have lived with student before and understand their need and space. We have great respect for thire privecy and try to make them fell at home. No couples and pest allowed. Smoking inside and parties are also not allowed. Rent is 5000 SEK and includes electricity and wifi. Deposit of 5000 SEK required.
