Hi Im renting out my Two-bedroom apartment. It is situated in Blackeberg, west of Stockholm. Only 2 min walk from the Metro, where you will reach the City center of Stockholm within 25 min. The apartment is medium sized, 39sqm. It has one bedroom, one livingroom, a small kitchen and a good size bathroom with a bathtub. It has plenty of inbuild warderobes. The apartment is partly furnitured, with a bed, table, soffa and some shelves. Im looking to rent it out long-term to a clean, quiet and polite person or couple. Non smoker, no pets and no kids allowed. Trust will be a key-word to describe the relation between tenant and landlord. If you trust me, I will trust you and we both will be satisfied :) One month deposite, and rent one month in advance. One month notice if you want to leave.
