Central location, cozy room for rent The room is available from June to Aug/Sep Your room is 17 sqm fully furnished with bed, desk, bookshelf and wardrobes. You have a big balcony connected to your room where its possible to sit and enjoy sunny days. The location of the apartment is superb with easy access to all parts of Stockholm. It takes only 3 min to the central station (T-centralen) with the pendeltåg and perfect for you who travel a lot. The apartment is located on Södermalm and is close to both the pendeltåg and the subways green and red line. In the apartment you have access to the kitchen that is fully equipped. There are two toilets available one with bathtub/shower. There is also cleaner and dryer in the apartment for you to use when you need. We are a couple who rent out the room and we are mostly in our part of the apartment. For us its important that its clean and quiet and we expect the same from your part. We want to rent the room out to the right person as its important that we all respect each other. We appreciates if you reply with a description of who you are. Pictures could be sent on request but we prefer you come by to see the room, so we also could meet.
