OBS: Jag är svensktalande men skrev på engelska för att nå fler :) IMPORTANT ONLY THESE 2 WEEKS LONGER IS NOT POSSIBLE 19/3-2/4 (March 19 to April 2) Fresh, bright and cozy apartment on central kungsholmen, 1 room with secluded bed area (by panel curtains). Modern kitchen with open planning towards the room. Facilities: Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas oven, micro, vacuum cleaner, flat iron/iron board. Nespresso machine availible. Spacious bathroom with washing machine & tumbler and heated floor. Big king balcony (10 sqm) going along the entire apartment towards the garden, on the westside which bring the sun during the day and towards evening. The apartment is on the top floor (5) of the building. Elevator in function 1 bed 160cm (Queen size) with supporting walls on one side wide sofa on the other (which easily turns into a very comfortable extra bed). Smart TV is availible with many channels (included in the price) 100MB broadband internet WIFI or cabel (included in the price) Bus 1&65 stops just outside the house on Flemingatan, 5 min walking to green&blue subway (Fridhemsplan or Rådhuset), and 5min walk to bus 3&4. Walking distance to Drottninggatan or Cityterminalen, aprox 15-20min. The best pizzeria in town is 2 doors away down the street :) To rent it youll be NON SMOKER, NO PETS. You will treat my apartment, things and neighbors with care and respect. If you have guests you make sure they do the same. Of course I will make some room for you in one of the closets so you can feel more like home Obviously: The place will be clean and fresh when you move in here and thats how youll return it to me when you leave. Important: The dates are from March 19 (12pm/12.00) to April 2 (7pm/19.00). Ill be going on a trip and will come back the 2ndof April. PLEASE NOTE that later than these dates will NOT be possible Please dont email me if you want a longer stay than this. Earlier guests force me to take a deposition: 3000SEK no matter how nice you seem This will be payed back as I get the apartment and things back as I left it. Rent for this period is 5400:- If you are new to the neighbourhood Id gladly point you in the right directions.
