Im renting out a 19 sqm bedroom in my flat located in a peceful and safe residential area in the heart of Stockholm,just 2 min from the metro Mariatorget. The metro takes you to Central station in only 10 min. The area Södermalm is quiet and perfect for relaxation, yet close to everything you need. The flat has shared access to laundry, bicycle room, toilet with shower. You will have your private room. Rent: 4100 kr/month (all bills included) Available until further notice, with a written contract. I need someone who can water my bonsai once a month. It needs attention and I dont have much time for it. I am looking for someone I can trustwith my plant and I believe I can find someone who can meet my expectations. I believe that living with someone means being supportive, if thats watering a flatmates plants. I am looking for a female or male tenant.
