My roommate since a couple of years is moving so Im looking for a new roommate. Im semiretired 63 years old man, very easygoing. Looking for a male student or similar, Ive been renting out this room for years and everybody has been very satisfied. The area near Årsta torg is a real nice and quiet area with great communications, buses to Gullmarsplan or Årstaberg are frequent and the tram is a short walk from the house (The blue area is for rent, we share kitchen & bathroom)
