My home is right in-between Nytorget and Skanstull and has a balcony that receives sun in the evening. It includes an in-unit washing machine and the living room and kitchen was recently renovated to open up for space that is perfect for having friends over. Utilities like water, electricity and wifi are also all included. Im renting out my apartment fully furnished for the upcoming year since I am moving to London for work. Ive loved living here and taken care to furnish it since I planned on staying much longer. Now that Im gone for a while, I hope it goes to someone that loves it as much as I do until I return. In the summer, the next brygga is 15 mins away for a beautiful swim and as a runner Ive loved living so close to the water and Årstaviken. I also believe that the best kanelbullar in the city at Svedjans are only 5 mins away
