Morgonsol i huvudsovrummet. Vedum-kök, ny induktionsspis, ny kyl och frys, micro, kvällssol i köket, man ser dessutom ner i fina Bildhuggarparken och hela vägen till stadshuset borta på horisonten. Litet men mysigt och fräscht badrum med badkar. Trevlig brf med billigt gästrum, bastu, tvättstuga och torkrum med bra tillgänglighet, bra förvaring för cykel och barnvagn, vindsförråd, bottenplansförråd, sopnedkast, fastighetsnära återvinning på g, men redan nu grovsopor, tidningar, kompost. Hiss finns, vi får in vår barnvagn. Detta ingår i hyran: El, vatten, värme, basutbud tv (vi använder inte detta, men finns att få i dagsläget gratis via brfen), det finns lite möbler som kan behållas eller tas ner (vi är flexibla). Vi bor utomlands i 2 år (sedan 2025-09) pga jobb och hyr därför ut. Möjlighet till förlängning är beroende på om vi stannar längre än 2 år, vilket är en potentiell möjlighet men inte säkert. -- Nice functional three-room apartment in an undisturbed south facing position without close insight, with lots of sun and nice views of the entire south of the south of Stockholm along with a south facing balcony. You also look down into the beautiful Bildhuggarparken and all the way to the Stockholm city hall over on the horizon. Small but cosy and fresh bathroom with bathtub. Nice condo association with cheap guest room, sauna, laundry room and drying room with good accessibility, good storage for bicycle and pram, attic storage, ground floor storage, garbage chute, property recycling coming soon-ish, but already now bulky waste, newspapers, compost. Elevator which we can fit our stroller into. This is included in the rent: Electricity, water, heating, basic TV (we do not use this, but it is currently freely available through the condo association), furniture. (How much furniture we leave for you can be discussed) We are living abroad for 2 years due to work (since 2025-09). Possibility of extension depends on whether we stay longer than 2 years, which is not an impossibility.
