Hello Im renting out my beautiful Hornstull flat from Jan 01 2019, for 12 months. The flat is 48 m2 split over 1,5 rooms. It has a spacious kitchen with a dining area, large living room with a bed-alcove. It sits on the 4th floor with a balcony facing a green and quite inner courtyard. The bathroom has a tub and floor heating. The kitchen is newly renovated with a dish washer. The hallway is spacious with generous wardrobe/storing space. There is a laundry room and bike storage in the basement. The flat is a 2-minute walk from the water front and 5-minute walk from Hornstull centre and tube station (red line). Hornstull is well connected and in addition to the tube, has several busses (4, 66, 77) and the airport coaches takes you to Arlanda in 45 minutes door to door. Hornstull offers plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, a cinema, gyms and lovely green areas and swimming-spots. I rent it out furnished. I will rent it out to singles or couples with employment and references. Strictly no smokers or pets. The rent is 15 000 per month, and one month deposit will be required upon contract signature.
