We are looking to rent out our apartment in central Stockholm as of 1 February 2018. We are looking to rent it out long-term, but are open for discussion regarding the specifics of the term of the contract. The apartment is located in Kungsholmen, very close to Kungsholmstorg, which is a lovely vibrant area with lots of restaurants and bars. Notwithstanding this, our street is very calm and quiet. The apartment is perfect for a couple - we have been living there for a year and a half and find it perfect. It has one bedroom and a large livingroom/kitchen with a large balcony facing south - giving it plenty of sun hours during late spring, summer and fall (and as much light as you can get during the winter in Stockholm). The building is from around 1890 and the apartment thus feels much bigger than it is as it has a ceiling height of 3,30 meters. The apartment was renovated when we moved in, so all kitchen appliances are new, including an induction cooktop and a new full size dishwasher. We prefer to rent out the apartment furnished, but please let us know if you are interested in the apartment but would like to rent it unfurnished.
