Hi Im renting my newly renovated apartment in Hägersten for 2 months, no possibility to extend. The apartment is fully furnished, electricity & internet included, dishwasher and heated bathroom floor. There is a bus stop right in front on the building which takes 10 minutes to Liljeholmen or you can walk 5 minutes to Hägersten tunnelbanna station. The apartment includes my SL card which is monthly paid for during the two months of the rent out. NO Smoking, NO pets, NO kids, No Parties. One month plus a 10.000 SEK refundable deposit should be paid up-front.
