Cosy home in a quiet, dead-end street on Södermalm. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a fairly large kitchen with anything you might need to cook, a small but cosy living room, and of course a bathroom with shower and a small washing machine. It is located on the fourth floor and its accessible by elevator. The building has a underground room for bike storage, a recycling room, and a washing area that you can book through a digital booking system at the front door. Theres a company that keeps the building and all common spaces nice and clean. The apartment also comes with a very big garden thats accessible only to residents. Everything you need is pretty much a stones throw away. ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, T-bana, all within a 5min walk, and Slussen is a 10min walk away. Im looking for a sociable roommate whos easy to live with and doesnt mind to share a meal once in a while. I really try to make this place a home, so long-term rental would be preferred.
