ROOM FOR RENT 1 furnished room available for a female student/intern, starting from 10th of July or by agreement. The apartment is situated centrally on Södermalm. The room is part of a large apartment. We are jointly responsible for cleaning the shared spaces and sometimes a cleaning lady cleans. You are a non-smoker, cleanly and considerate of the neighbors. You are NOT ALLOWED to register at the adress and are not allowed to have pets or children in the room/apartment. The room is only for you and friends or partners can not stay in the room/apartment. Deposite of 5000 SEK, will be re-payed if the room is in the original condition when moving out. Wi-Fi, water, heath, bedlinen and electricity is included in the rent of 6300 sek/month.
