Apartment with balcony close to the city

The two room apartment is rented professionally styled and fully furnished. The move in date is the first of January. The apartment is on the first floor with a nice balcony and there is a parking space that belongs to the apartment right next to the building that is included in the rent. Everything is included in the rent, including the internet, electricity, water and heating. Apartment is furnished with double 140 cm comfortable bed, sofa, sofa table, foot rest, kitchen table and chairs, TV, etc. Location: Enskede, the area where the apartment is located, is a calm residential area close to the down town Stockholm. About ten minutes walk from the apartment is Skogskyrkogården one of Stockholms landmarks. Its a huge old cemetery, turned into a beautiful park and botanical garden popular for walks in the summer and jogging. The closest subway station is Tallkrogen and is only a hundred meters or two minutes walk from the apartment. Tallkrogen is on the green line which is the mostly trafficated line in the Stockholm subway, so the trains go very frequently. It takes fifteen minutes to get to the central station from Tallkrogen. The apartment is rented out long term strictly to professionals preferably in IT industry or doing PHD research.
