Apartment rental 6 months to student

Studio apartment for rent. From November 6,2017 until May 2,2018. Its a 6 month contract. Im looking for a serious student. One who is covered financially and with good references. I will check your references. No pets, no smoking, or extra tenants desired. I need a student. Not a party person. The rent covers everything including Electricity, Internet hookup, Heating, My place has a TV, Fully equipped Kitchen, Study desk. Kitchen table and all cooking utensils. Comfortable Sofa, A good big clean bed with 2 sets of bedding. This is my home so its fully furnished with everything I need and love. I have a nice art collection hanging and it is not to be touched, I need a great tenant who will respect my place and enjoy but not destroy. Rent is 5600kr a month. That includes everything above and more. You will need a first and last months rent deposit, plus a 3000kr refundable cleaning and damage deposit. Thats 14,200kr total to move in. I have a first hand contract so my place is legal and we will both sign a contract with the building owners
