I am renting out a room in my 3 room apartment of 76 m in Vällingby. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. It is available from 1st November. The apartment is located just a stones throw away from Vällingby T-bana. It takes less than a minute (walk) to the subway and buses as well. Vällingby City (open air galleria), where almost everything is available like Coop, Hemköp, Mc Donalds, Subway, fitness centres(SATS, fitness24seven), SystemBolaget, library etc More can be found at http://vallingbycity.se/ With the subway, it takes about 27 minutes to T-Centralen and about 9 min to Brommaplan, 8 minutes by Bus to Spanga station for pendaltag connectivity. There are buses every 10 minutes to Kista Centrum which takes around 30 minutes. Laundry service, Sauna facilities and table tennis is in the same building. Right now two independent single guys with stable jobs are staying and would prefer a Student or full-time-working person. Looking for short term/long term renting. Included in the price: Professional cleaning services, cleans the shared area (Kitchen and bathroom) twice every month. This price is included in the rent.
