Hello, I am renting out a room in my 3 room apartment of 75 m in Vällingby (Ångermannagatan 164) for short term till 14th June 2015. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The apartment is located just a stones throw away from Vällingby T-bana. It takes less than a minute(walk) to the subway and buses as well Vällingby City (open air galleria), where almost everything is available like Coop, Hemköp, McD, Subway, fitness centers(SATS, fitness24seven), SystemBolaget, library etc More can be found at http://vallingbycity.se/ With the subway, it takes about 27 minutes to T-Centralen and about 9 min to Brommaplan, 8 minutes by Bus to Spanga station for pendaltag connectivity. There are buses every 10 minutes to Kista Centrum which takes around 30 minutes . Laundry service is in the same building. Right now two independent single guys with stable jobs are staying and would prefer a Student or full-time-working person. Looking for short term/long term renting. Included in the price: Internet, electricity, necessary kitchenware, almirah, microwave, iron and toaster, pillow, Toilet paper, hand soap, detergents, dish cloths, dish brush, dish soap, toilet brush, trash bags and light bulbs, vacuum cleaner, duvet and clothes hangers.
