Cycling distance to KTH and city. The room can be rented from August 1st. There is a guest toilet that is shared with another guest and the bathroom you share with me and the other guest. Access to kitchen and large lovely terrace. The rent includes internet, electricity, gas and water. You should be smoke-free, used to keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean. Be polite and orderly.
