Hey, I will be renting out my apartment from the 1 of June, A very nice third floor apartment with a balcony overlooking a cozy courtyard for rent in a newly built property in a very nice area located in Älvsjö center where the trains/buses are right outside the front door step, direct trains to the city every 7 minutes and only take 9 minutes to be in T-central Incredibly well-planned and spacious one-bedroom 39sqm apartment with a balcony a large bathroom with both a washing machine/dryer. What is included in the rent is: WiFi, Kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave kitchen equipment (dishwasher,glasses, plates,cutlery, etc) The rental will be unfurnished. Tenant requirements: - Orderly economy (part-time position) - Smoke and pet free - Max 2 persons - 1 month deposit (refundable after inspection)
