Akalla

Hi We have a furnished room in a shared flat that will be available for long term (at least 9 months) from March 10th 2018. The room is 15m2 and is fully furnished (bed, closet, cupboard, TV). The rent will be 4200 SEK all included (electricity, heating, water, internet). You will share the flat with 2 other people. We are looking for someone that is social, tidy and that can speak English. Further we are looking for someone that does not have kids nor pets and does not smoke. The flat is supposed to be a chill space to relax, so no wild parties. It is located in Akalla (blue lign) which takes only 20min to get to T-Centralen. There are a lot of shops in the neighbourhood (ICA, Lidl,pizzeria,..) and the subway is 50m away from the flat. There are laundry rooms in the building.
