We are renting out our new, stylish, fresh and modern 2 rooms apartment for 4 months, and possible extension till 5th or 7th of January. The apartment is in a new build area in Farsta Strand and has excellent communications (Metro, Community trains and buses) The apartment was built in 2009 so everything in the apartment is new and modern. The apartment is 55 kvm, has quite large living room, one bedroom, modern kitchen, large balcony with a view toward the inner yard/park and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. There is also a shared laundry area with washers and dryers that can be booked. You can walk to the community train in 2 min and to the metro in 4 min. With the community train it takes 15 min to Central Station and with the metro it takes around 20-25 The apartment is very close to nature as there are two lakes and big parks in the same area and can be reached by 10-15 min walking form the apartment. We also would like 20 000 as deposit, you will receive the amount back as soon as you hand over the key. As the apartment is rented from 8th of August you will not need to pay the full amount for August (we will adjust the rent for that month). We are looking for a person that is not a smoker and that is willing to take care of our apartment.
