The house is placed in a nice quiet area close to nature. A perfect place to focus on studies and also enjoy spending some time outside in the beautiful nature close by. About 5 minutes walk to Vällingby subway station. The room is furnished We share the kitchen and the bathroom Heating, water, electricity and internet is included in the rent. If you like cycling, there is also a bicycle room Rent to a caring, reliable, calm and tidy person who like to keep it clean all around her/him A non-smoker who has no pets and no home parties (no drinking) Seeking a tenant with stable income One month security deposit is required which you will get back when you move out. Youll have your own fridge in the kitchen The internet is 500 mb (62.5 MB) which I think is fast enough This room would be especially suitable for an international student. Everything you need is provided just bring your luggage and your laptop. Good for people who like a quiet meditative environment. Vegetarian is preferred. We are two students who are living in here at the moment, but one of us will finish studies soon and will be back home to Italy at the end of February We both are calm and relaxed persons of 24 years of age, but at the same time very active and energetic Love to being in the nature and doing sports.
