Hyran är 4500 kr/månad. Värme, vatten, el och bredband ingår i hyran. Delad kök (du får ditt eget kylskåp i köket) och badrum. Du ska vara rök/djurfri. Available for occupancy from March 1th. The house is located in a nice quiet area close to nature. A perfect place to focus on studies and also enjoy spending some time outside in the beautiful nature close by. About 5 minutes walk to Vällingby station. The room is furnished. We share the kitchen and the bathroom. Heating, water, electricity and internet is included in the rent. Rent to a caring, reliable, calm and tidy person who likes to keep it clean all around him/her. A non-smoker who has no pets. Seeking a tenant with stable income. One month security deposit is required which you will get back when you move out. Youll have your own fridge in the kitchen. This room would be especially suitable for an international student. Everything you need is provided just bring your luggage and your laptop. A vegetarian is preferred. We are two students who are living in here at the moment, but one of us will finish studies soon and will be back home to Italy at the end of February. We both are calm and relaxed person of 24 years of age, but at the same time very active and energetic. Love to being in the nature and doing sports. We are very tidy, organized and clean.
