I offer two rooms for rent in my villa, situated close to Älvsjö station and in a convenient distance to all public transportations. Metrostation Högdalen/Liljeholmen in a few minutes distance. One of the room is bigger than the other (5000 kr/month for the bigger, 4500 kr/month for the smaller) Both rooms are furnitured nicely with new, fresh furniture and beds. The house is very nice and tenants have access to a very well-equipped kitchen. Two tenants share a toilet in the first floor and shower in the basement of the house. I am vegetarian and therefore cocking of meat or fish is not ok in the house. Tenants living in the house are VERY clean and tidy and have a big sence of responsibility and environmental awareness, which for example means that all garbage are recykled. We are also caring about each others bounderies which means you will enjoy living here if you have integrity and easily confirm to houserules. There is a cat living in the house and she is usually very popular among tenants. You are a student or working in Stockholm. Children is not ok, since I have my office in the house. You speak very good english or swedish. Rooms are available 15/1-2018
