I would like to rent out my flat short term from NOW until the 20th Until the 20th of December(Totally about 5 weeks from today) to someone careful, good, responsible, calm and reliable person for the price below., since Im going away for some weeks. The apartment is FREE to move in urgently. All requests are very much welcome, even if its just regarding one month of stay. The person need to either work or study fulltime in Stockholm. No smoking or animals inside the apartment. The apartment its located in the hipster area of Södermalm near the famous park Mariatorget and around some beautiful viewpoints along a hill with a stunning scenery over the city of Stockholm.
