We are renting out our apartment for at least 12 months due to moving abroad for work. The apartment is very centrally located and newly renovated (Kitchen living room). The apartment is located on the top floor (7th) and from the living room you have a beautiful view reaching all the way to the town hall. The apartment is also very quiet, there is not much traffic around the house. The association is well kept and offers certain interesting benefits, such as access to 2 saunas that can be booked for a private relaxing moment. There is also a shared roof terrace on the same floor as the apartment is located. This apartment can work for singles or families with 1 child. Preferably no pets. Deposit: 2x monthly rent. Internet, electricity, water, heating is included in the monthly rent.
