The room is the only bedroom on the ground floor, furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a large desk perfect for studying or working from home. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a small outdoor area. Laundry facilities are available. I live here every other week with my two children (ages 11 and 7), and we share the house with a student studying public health. We value calm and respect.
