Hej Description in English below Kollektivet i Gubbängen/Tallkrogen söker en ny inneboende från och med juni (tidigare inflytning möjligt). Rummet finns tom slutet av augusti med bra möjlighet för förlängning. Rummet som blir ledigt är ljust och fint. Möblerat eller ommöblerat. Huset ligger bara 3 minuter från Gubbängens tunnelbana, nära till Coop, Matdax och Ica. Det finns en stor trädgård, stor, ny renoverat kök, tvättstuga, stor altan och fint vardagsrum med kamin. Dessutom två badrum också. Väldigt mysigt I huset bor redan 3 super trevliga personer som är mellan 22 och 27 år gamla. Hyran ligger på 6250/ månad utan el och internet. We are looking for a new roommate for our shared house in Gubbängen/Tallkrogen. The moving in date is June 1st but an earlier moving in date would be possible. The rent is 6250 sek without electricity, WiFi and water. The room is at least available until the end of august but there is a high chance for a prolonging of the contract. We are renting out a nice, bright room (furnished or unfurnished). The house is close to Gubbängens metro station and various grocery stores. The room comes with the possibility of using a big common space in the house including a garden (and grill), a big winter garden, big living room, a big and freshly renovated kitchen as well as two bathrooms. Right now there are three super nice people (22-27 years old) living in the house. If you enjoy having a beer together and wanna have a good time this is the perfect place for you.
