This room is a student room and is let to international students who come here to undertake an internship or PhD for a limited period, usually within a timeframe of six months. The apartment is 79 sqm with a shared kitchen and bathroom. You clean your room, and help clean the common areas that you use. The room is fully furnished. There are bed linen, duvet, pillow and towels that are included but which you wash yourself. Cost Electricity & wifi and TV package are added as an extra cost in addition to the basic rent of 750 SEK. You have the opportunity to connect to the existing TV offer via Tele2 by having your own chromecast. There is an additional charge for consumables such as soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergent etc. I buy this, but you pay 400 SEK per month for this to me. You buy everything you eat and consume yourself. It is not allowed to be written on the address or to have your name on the door. You write C/o address for your possible mail.
