Private room in 5-room apartment of 96 m Floor 3 of 4 We are renting out a furnished double bedroom in our 5-room apartment in Hammarby Sjöstad. You will have access to all common areas and your private bedroom (sovrum 2 on the floorplan) which is approximately 9 m and is furnished with a double bed (135 cm), bedside table, a desk and chair, fitted wardrobe and shelves. Our apartment comprises: 4 bedrooms (one bedroom is used as an office) spacious living room with TV with Netflix newly installed kitchen with a sunny west facing balcony bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer guest toilet The apartment is located just a minutes walk from Sickla Udde tvärbanan but the area is quiet, next to Nacka Nature Reserve with walking trails and swimming spots. There is a communal laundry room and small gym in the förenginen as well as a bicycle store room. A little about us: We are a family of 3 moving temporarily to Ireland for the next two years. During this period, my husband expects to spend approximately one week per month in our apartment so for most of the time you will have the apartment to yourself.
