I am currently looking for a calm and well-mannered person who preferably studies or works full-time that wants to share an apartment and rent one separate rooms (inneboende), preferably from the first of November or by agreement. I am a student and work extra on weekends and evenings. I am a calm person who do not smoke or nor have pets. I am very pedantic, thorough about keeping my surroundings clean and at the same time protect the integrity of others with mutual respect. You will rent a room with great access to Kista Galleria (1 min walking distance) with access to the subway and buses. Theres also a bus-station with access to Arlanda Airport up the street. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and the bathroom as well as a shared laundry room. The room can be furnished/unfurnished. A common garbage room/recycling room is available. Internet, water, and electricity are included in the rent. I am looking for a person who is used to and has previously lived in shared accommodation and therefore knows what it entails. You should be smoke- and pet-free and are meticulous about keeping it clean around you. You are preferably someone who does light cooking. We will write a contract (inneboende) with a rental period upon agreement. A deposit equivalent to one months rent is required when signing the contract, as well as an advance rent. Your rent is at 5000 SEK/month. Only personal viewings and meetings. No web-showing of the room please.
