Testing out the sambo thing so my apartment is free for someone else to use And its ready for someone this weekend (January 6). Its a cute little one-bedroom on a quiet street in Hammarbyhöjden, walking distance to Skanstull, Globen and Hammarby Sjöstad. Plus, its close to Hammarbybacken and Nacka reserve. Its highest up in the building, with a lovely, south-facing balcony. The bathroom has under-floor heating. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven. There is a significant amount of storage: three large hallway closets and one in the bedroom. There is a sofa, dining table 3 chairs, TV stand, balcony table 2 chairs, nearly unused day bed which pulls out to a 160x200 bed. Ive also left basic kitchen supplies, including a capsule espresso machine, kettle, blender and toaster. I have not spackled and repainted since taking my art down but to make up for that, you are welcome to paint the rooms as you wish (just protect the floor) and put more holes in them for your own art I will rent it out for 6 months to start but there is a very good chance that we will be able to extend the contract.
