We are looking for a female tenant, 29 years old or older with no children and no pets. Someone that is clean and tidy and doesnt make any noise since it is a calm and quiet building. You are to be able to present a yearly income of at least 450 000kr and to have a full time job and to present a valid work-contract. You cant get more central and connected with a 2-room apartment with a 3min walk from the metro and a bus-stop in front of the main entry. A calm yet very central location surrounded by restaurants and just a walk from the town hall of Stockholm where the Nobel-price is beeing awarded. The living room is furnished with a bar-table and chairs and a wardrobe cabinet. The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs. You will have acsess to the apartment, the back yard and the shared laudry room at the entry level of the building. Strictly forbiden to smoke in the apartment, the balcony and in the building.
