Hi For information: We have now rooms left to rent out for the autumn semester . More information below: The house are shared by five students. The house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a living room on the floor below. On the first floor are both toilet and guest toilet / laundry room and kitchen. There is also a cozy little garden with patio to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. Room 1 : The room is furnitured with dubble bed, desk and chairs .The rent is 4100sek/ month ( one person) and 2800 sek/month / person for a couple.(20 sqm) Room 2 & 3: The rooms furnitured with a 90cm bed , desk and chair. The rent is 3800 sek/ month (10sqm). Room 4/5: The room is furnitured with a 120 cm bed, desk, and chair. The rent is -sek/month. ( 12-15 sqm) It is a privileged location for both Lund and Malmo by bus. It is also excellent to ride to Lund (6km). References can be given by tenants. Moving by appointment. Kind regards Göran
