Do you want to live in the countryside but still close to the city Are you an engaged environmentalist, activist, and/or like to live intentionally with care for people and the planet Look no further We are four people with green-red hearts who are looking for one new roomie for our lovely collective in Knästorp. You will live with Andreas (33) who is a human ecologist, likes to play music with people, and enjoys snorkeling. Marlis (31) who works as a researcher in environmental psychology, drinks tea 24/7, and bikes everywhere. Martin (34) working as a freelance landscape architect and enjoys spending time in nature, mindfulness, yoga and having a good talk and laugh with like-minded people and Zé (22) who is an architecture student that likes climbing and playing chess. You will also live with Samantha the cat who likes to drink from the tap and to cuddle, sometimes. We share a large garden with another household where 3 like-minded people and friends live. We all like to spend time together and cook together. In the garden there is a bonfire place, a lookout area, apple trees, grapes, blackberries, raspberries, and a cozy outdoor space for warm summer days and evenings or hangouts with blankets during the chillier times of the year. The house is located roughly 20 minutes from Lund and 60 min from Malmö by bike. There is also the possibility to take the bus, which leaves just around the corner. We are looking for a person who identifies as female or non-binary that is easy going, open minded, friendly and who shares our ambition to live sustainably and just and who seeks community and belonging. Its plus if you are 25 or in period of life after your studies and has the intention to stay at least 1 year and more. As a collective, we eat and cook vegan food, grow vegetables, and do fun things together to create a meaningful community (collective dinners, hikes, harvest parties, movie nights, board game nights, bonfire times, jams, workouts, and other fun stuff). We have a good system for communal cooking, fair cleaning, and for other practical matters. We like to keep the house and outdoor areas clean and take care of our things. Some practical information: tThe room is rented out from 1 st of June and is partly unfurnished. tThe room is approximately 10 m2. tThe rent is 3 710 SEK per month. tThe rent includes electricity, internet, and heating. tDeposit fee 3 200 SEK.
