(BRF has already approved my request to rent the apartment - Period: Starting from the end of April or earlier (can be discussed). - Location: Solna, Råsunda, Virebergsvägen. - 51 Sqm, 2 rooms, Unfurnished, fully renovated and fresh - Parking: 1000 SEK per 3 months (Solna Boende). - less than 4 Min walking to Solna Centrum, Metro (Tunnelbanna), and Tram. - 9 min to Stockholm Central by Metro. - Close to many green areas in Frösunda and Huvudsta - 5 min walking to Maxi ICA. - Rent 14.500 SEK including water and heating. - Rent costs can increase if you want to use Blocket contract service, which costs 4,5 monthly basis, or we can skip it, then the rent costs 16.500 SEK as mentioned above.
