Me and my friend James both 28 years of age and from Australia are looking for a tennant to fill our friend leaving. The Flat is really modern on the top floor of the building with 2 amazing terraces. James and myself are really laid back and can be social aswell. We are looking for somone who is laid back and preferably working full time ( although not essential). We have the lease for a minimum of 1 year so would preferably be looking for someone long term. The price of the room is 7000sek and the size is 10.5sqm. The apartment is 90sqm and 4 rooms in total. The room has closet space but no bed in it.
