The rental room is currently fully furnished but can be rented without furniture also. The shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen (e.g. including dishwasher, microwave, dining table...) a balcony and the bathroom. You would be sharing the flat with a 27-year-old, English speaking expat with full-time work in the field of Human Resources.
